Deckle Edge Wedding Invitations
When you want your wedding invitations to make an elegant statement consider letterpress printing on deckle edge paper. In the paper making process, the pulp is formed into sheets of paper in a contraption called a deckle. When the sheets are removed from the deckle, their edges are still rough. In most cases, these rough edges are cut off to make a straight edge, which is the basis of most letterpress paper. However, if you leave the rough edge you get a very unique looking sheet of paper that is great for letterpress ink or gold foil. Consider adding custom wax seals and ribbon as an extra touch to finish a deckle edge wedding invitation suite. These invitations definitely make an impression!
